Grants & Contracts Specialist

Fully-Remote (Must be in the DC area)

We are seeking a Grants & Contracts Specialist to join a growing nonprofit organization on a temp-to-perm basis! We’re looking for an individual with a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of grants and contracts administration experience within a nonprofit.

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and ensure compliance with state, federal, private, and local regulations
• Review and invoice grants
• Track all contracts
• Liaison with the A-133 audits
• Analyze data and prepare reports

​Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degrees
• 3+ years of nonprofit grants and contracts administration
• Microsoft Excel and SharePoint

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Grants management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Contracts: 1 year (Preferred)
